The Talisay Fiesta Regatta 2024, organized by the Taal Lake Yacht Club, is an exciting event that is set to take place on February 11, 2024, following the town fiesta of Talisay, specifically the feast of San Guillermo which is held every 10th of February.
This is the first time a fiesta regatta will be held for Talisay, coinciding wonderfully with the yacht club’s monthly regatta.
Participants and spectators can look forward to an exhilarating race as the regatta follows a route that passes in front of two iconic landmarks - the Talisay public market and Club Balai Isabel. The route offers stunning views of the picturesque surroundings, including the majestic Taal Lake.

This year’s trophies were made by the team at Gawa Gawa sa Lawa
Our workshop features a CO2-Laser-Engraving-Cutting-Machine and a CNC Router. The cutting and engraving of the wooden trophies were all made using our laser cutter.
The scenic Taal Lake in Talisay, Batangas, came alive today with the vibrant energy of the Talisay Fiesta Regatta 2024! Fifteen boats, each representing a barangay of Talisay and a private sector, battled it out in a thrilling race that started at the Taal Yacht Club and circled around the lake area of Club Balai Isabel and Talisay Boardwalk. The festive atmosphere was palpable from 10am to 1pm, as both participants and spectators cheered on their favorites.
<aside> <img src="/icons/trophy_yellow.svg" alt="/icons/trophy_yellow.svg" width="40px" /> The Results In a close finish, Sta Maria—captained by Edwin and Santa Lucero—emerged victorious, claiming the top prize and bringing pride to their barangay. Isuzu Cavite, skippered by Paolo Topacio and Ella, came in a commendable second place, while Thom Kleiss of Holland secured the third position.
